Fifteen years in the city
Zack opened the doors to his first shop at Hunter Connection on 1 September 2011. In July 2017 it became Sydney Barbers. From there the business grew with the city: a second Hunter Connection shop with Hussan in 2018, North Sydney in early 2020, then Circular Quay with Mehdi and Wynyard Station with Adam.
Today there are two. The Wynyard shop, inside the MET Centre at 273 George Street, has been the busiest for years, with over 1,400 Google reviews. The Barangaroo shop at 3 Sussex Street opened in 2022 and reopened in September 2026 after a break. It is open 7 days.
Same idea in both: one big family, and a cut you walk out happy with.
How we cut
A quick consultation first. Then the cut, then styled with product so you see what it looks like on a normal day, not just fresh off the chair. Fades, scissor cuts, buzz cuts, head shaves, beard trims and hot towel shaves. Kids welcome.
